All orders are shipped USPS First Class. We always ship to the LUULLU address you have provided unless you specify a different location. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address that was provided, so please double check your address!

US orders:

We ship USPS First Class or Priority, depending on the weight of your order. According to the USPS shipping times for both is 2-3 days. US orders will receive an automated email w/ tracking info once your order is shipped.

The buyer of any Necklush accessory may return the item at any point within 2 weeks of the time received for a full refund with no questions asked. We will issue a full refund before you ship the item back so that you are not worried about your money being kept. We will even pay the return shipping.
