I ship USPS priortiy mail (2-3) days. Please allow 7-10 days for me to produce your order up to 2 dozens. Larger quantities may take a little longer. I take great care to protect your toppers from any damage in shipping, if damage occurs, the toppers may easily be fixed with water and some care. I f you needs your toppers sooner than 2 weeks, additional charges may apply.

After we review the package you will receive an email notifying you of of outcome 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. You will either receive a replacement or you will receive credit to our on-line store for a product of equal value and mailed Free of charge.
