All items ship via registered air mail w/ tracking info available. For upgraded express shipping, please send a message. Remember, your package might have to cross oceans and continents and will always have to pass through your country's customs office. This can take a while.

Once marked as shipped your order will be delivered approx within:

Europe: 7-14 business days

Canada: 10-20 business days

USA: 10-20 business days

Japan: 10-20 business days

Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else: 15-25 business days

(For the US and Canada, packages addressed to the West coast may take a few days longer than East Coast, hence the 10 days difference in the average times stated above)

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your order, I will accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping cost. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original package. Please choose a carrier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
Custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.

In the event that your Mala breaks, to re-string it or fix it for you at no cost (excluding shipping costs) within 60 days of your purchase. After 60 days, I will restring your mala for a flat fee.

*Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office. IMPORTANT: If

a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.
