The front of the cover is constructed out of ivory and black ticking fabric with the stripes running horizontally. A piece of taupe cotton is appliqued with a screen print image of black Boston Terrier or French Bulldog in a crown in black fabric ink. The back is constructed out of taupe cotton with a black exposed zipper with for easy removal of the insert and a added touch. The "ecarlate" twill label is sewn near the zipper.
