I made this dress to be a modern take of the classic peter pan collared dress. The neon green and blue skirt is made from a vintage 60's or 70's fabric. It is also lined in another vintage fabric. The top has a waist dart and bust dart. It is lined in white fabric. The full skirt is made short on the sides, so it gives the appearance of a "U" shaped hem. A unique, fun dress for day or night.
