My grandmother had a green thumb and when it was cold outside her laundry room looked like a jungle with plants hanging from and sitting on everything. I do not have a green thumb but love plants. Even more I love planters. These hanging flower pots are great. They are made of one solid sheet of steel so that will not leak indoors, and will never break.
Each flower pot is handmade of stainless steel and will not rust or tarnish over time.
The metal is cut with tin snips, polished, and then heated for color. The pot is hand hammered into shape, and care is taken to make sure there are no burs or sharp edges.
The dimensions of the pot are approximately 7 inches tall, and 12 inches in diameter The wires add 18 inches. Due to the process of making each one separately there will be slight variations in the color, size, and shape. It will have an insert that will allow for drainage. Since no chemicals or paints are used there is nothing on the pot that might harm the plant later on.
When you order a flower pot please indicate if you would like the silver or the color finish on the outside. If you would like more than one let me know and I will be happy to make a reserved listing for you.
