B. Item Lost or never come to your place
1.If we send your item with a tracking number. we will ask you for refund or reshipping as soon as possible, but before we do that, we will see the tracking number first, if the item still in the way we will hold that policy until we have report that the item is lost from our third party shipping company.
2. If we send your item without a tracking number. we will wait until the maximum time in our shipping condition (35 business day) and if the item still not came we will give you refund to your PayPal Account as soon as possible.
