How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days. We try our best to ship the items within 72 hours. You will receive a tracking number via email once it is shipped. We use the Epacket delivery from China(EUB),it is more safe and fast than the other courier in US : 4-15 business days; Other countries: 15-30 business days, we will use Epacket or China Post Air Mail, both have tracking numbers.(When some unexpected situation takes place to put off the delivery time sometimes, we can’t take responsibility for such conditions for such delayed delivery,pls. understand us,thank you very much).

Exchange and return are accepted if the item you received is damaged.Please contact us via email attaching the pictures of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
