Purchased an item that was in stock per the website. After a few weeks of no shipment confirmation I messaged asking when it would ship. Their reply "sorry we missed your order, the item is not in stock in red, can you pick another color?" I simply said no thank I would just like a refund. After a little over a week of no refund I messaged and they replied with it'll refund that day. We are now more than a week, still no refund nor reply to my messages of please send me my refund. It looks nothing like the picture. Not backless, the bow sits below the shoulder blades (instead of above the butt), and the dress only reaches the ankles (and not the floor). The opposite of elegant Reviewed by Shoemake Shelbie on November 23, 2016
