All items are ship worldwide from Singapore via Singapore Post (Registered Article with tracking number). Buyers will be responsible for any import duties that their country may apply to their goods.

This means somebody need to be at home to receive the package because it is registered.

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your purchase upon receipt of payment to the address registered on your LUULLA account not your PayPal address. Please ensure that your LUULLA address is correct and updated before check out.

Damaged Items:

If your purchase was damaged during shipping or in the creating process, please contact us and attach the picture of the damaged items. Please let us know within 5 days after you received your purchase.

Lost purchase:

We cannot be responsible for package lost in transit. Once the package has been sent, we have no control over mail services. Please contact the post office directly. We will try our best to help you. We would appreciate your understanding and your patience.

Refund:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. We will do everything in my power to make you a satisfied customer. Once feedback is completed a transaction is Closed and nothing further will be done.

**In a case where a refund is issued, shipping is never refunded. Shipping is at the customers expense. The item must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. All returns / exchanges must be authorized by us.

Basic Jewellery Care:

In order to keep jewelry from getting darker, do not shower or perfume with the jewelry on.

Do not use abrasive compounds to clean the jewelry, you can wipe it with a soft fabric.
