CUSTOM ORDERS

I will request for a non-refundable payment up front for all custom orders.

All custom orders will take 1-2 weeks to personalize before shipping.

GENERIC ITEMS

For all other generic items, please pay within 3 working days of confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, your item will be shipped within 3 days from date of payment.

Beyond this time, I reserve the right to relist the item and cancel the transaction. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, or there is a problem with making the payment for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will only ship to the PAYPAL ADDRESS.

If shipping address differs ,please make sure to add a note to me during the checkout process to prevent any delays of your orders.

GENERIC ORDERS

I would ship generic items within 3 working days of receipt of payment, but please check your inbox for a confirmation of shipping date.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I am most glad to customize any orders just for you & to best suit the occassion.

Your personal custom orders usually take approx 2 weeks after receipt of payment, after which I would ship them upon completion.

All custom orders will ship within 2 - 3 weeks from the time your order is placed and payment is received. Prices may vary depending on the details of piece & I would discuss the timeline with you through convo. Do order early to buffer in some time if it is required for a big occassion. :)

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME for normal delivery options are as follows:

Within Singapore ............................ 3-4 working days

Everywhere Else ..............................14-18 working days

Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. At busy times, items may take longer to ship, so please allow extra time if possible - delivery times cannot be guaranteed during festive seasons, so try to buffer in more time. In addition, items are not considered lost in the mail until a month has passed

My handmade items are for purely for decorative purpose only and it should be treated with care like all handmade items. To keep it clean, gently wipe on the surface to preserve the your unique item. Do not use the item in micorowave or dishwasher.

GIFTS & WRAPPING

Please let me know if the item is to be given as a gift - I can enclose a small gift tag card free of charge.

If you need, additional special gift wrapping services can also be arranged, please convo me if you need this service. There may be a small charge for your requirements.

I reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design that originates as a custom order.
