My current turnaround time is 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday).

Due to the handmade nature of my products, every piece will be slightly different. But, I try as hard as possible to make your product as close to the original as I can.

I accept payment by Credit Cards via PayPal.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal. Just fill out the shipping form when prompted.

Any order that has not been paid for within 3 days of purchase will be cancelled.

tems will be shipped within 1 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday) of purchase via USPS First Class Mail. Their standard US delivery time is 2-5 business days, though every now and then it may take longer. Typically for international orders delivery can be up to 5 weeks, though usually it takes 2 weeks or less.

For US buyers, if you need your item faster, I can ship USPS Priority or Overnight.

Please note that for overnight shipping, I ship via UPS. They have a greater next-day reliability even for many rural areas.

International buyers: you are responsible for paying all customs and duty fees upon delivery.

Due to specific customs limitations, please contact me, before your purchase, if you are from Korea, Africa, Cuba, or the Middle East as I may not be able to ship to you.

Neither refunds, nor returns, will be given, or accepted, for custom items. A custom item is defined as any item commissioned by the buyer that is not regularly for sale in my shop. If the item arrives damaged I will gladly exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Regarding lost packages: I will make every effort to ensure your package reaches you in a timely manner. If it has been confirmed that your package is lost, I will resend your order.

If your item is broken, due to shipping or another cause, please contact me within 30 days of your purchase. Once I have received the item I will mail you another copy and refund your return shipping cost as present on the shipping label.
