Currently all orders shipped outside the US - including Canada are shipped via USPS First Class International. Shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade to priority mail service, please contact me prior to completing the payment process. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries.
If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with your order, please message me. I strive to provide the very best product and service available.
Tender, loving, care for your hand knits:
1) Please hand wash your lovely little knits.
2) Cold water (you can soak and swirl using a mild detergent - but no rubbing or agitation)
3) Lay your knit item flat out on a towel.
4) Roll the towel up much like a poster getting ready for shipping in a tube.
5) Press down on your towel to remove any excess water.
6) Unroll your towel and lay your item out flat to dry, gently reshaping if necessary.
I do not recommend washing - tassels, pompoms or any other embellishments. If you can avoid the last three steps on any of those items please do so.
Although I use the highest quality yarns you can purchase, natural fibers love to shrink if washed in anything but cold water (especially the lovely handspun wools and cottons).
When in doubt shoot me an email.
It's been 2 weeks still waiting for my order.
