How to order a custom dress (it is free for customized size and color )
Step 1 :Please send us the following measurements according to the measurement guide
Bust___
Waist____
Hip_____
Shoulder to shoulder( If the dress has straps )____
Hollow to hem (Pls see in the measurement guide)____
Step 2: Please pick a color from the color chart and let us know the color number when you submit the order
Note
. The dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, veil,petticoat or jacket . Please bid for the dress only!
. The system standard size is Us size.Measured by hands,1-2 cm aberration is reasonable.
. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.Thanks for your kind understanding.

RETURN POLICY
All dresses are made to order.The detailed refund policies are as follows;
1.If you think the dress is in wrong size or color or other unusual situations according to the description ,please take pictures for the wrong part you think and send us through emails. If the mistake is confirmed ,we will give you full refund as soon as we receive the returned dress.
2. You can also send the dress back for alteration,the service is free .Responsible side will afford the shipping cost.
3. If the dress indeed in wrong status but you don't want to return the dress ,we can return partial money for you to alter the dress in local.
4.Please make sure the dress in the original status when you send it back for refund or alteration or we won't be responsible for the result.

1 .Will I pay customs duties before i get my dress?
We don't charge any extra fee ,if the custom charge and how many fee will be charged depends on the local policy .But we usually write a small amount to avoid any fees.

3.Can I choose another shipping way which is not in your shipping list?
