Meet FIFI and LOLA.....from MJT Little Gems series....

These little nautical mice have been designed using a touch of vintage inspiration...

They are quick to knit using oddments from your yarn stash and are perfect for craft / school fairs, little gifts or your charity fund raising (but please do not sell over the internet)

You could knit them in a variety of different colours.....(*Little grey Lola in the 3rd photograph has been made using oddments of Rowan Baby Alpaca DK for body in Southdown /Rowan Purelife Cotton 4 Ply in Madder and Siena Cotton 4 Ply in Sunray for clothes..tights are oddments of Rowan Cashsoft Baby DK in Snowman and Cashsoft DK in Sky Pink ...added here to give you some other ideas for colours)

Step by Step Instructions

Finished Measurements of each mouse :

Length Approx 8 1/2"

Knitted on 2 straight needles.

Body DK (light worsted/8 Ply)

Clothes 4 Ply (fingering)

Skill Level: Intermediate

Skills required: Knit/ Pearl/Cast on/Cast off/ Increase(M1 & K into front & back of stitch)/ Decrease(K2tog,skpo) Basic knowledge of colourwork /cable cast on
