0-3 Months - 13" waist, 7" length
3-6 Months - 14" waist. 7" length
6-12 Months - 16" waist, 8" length

The waist size is the actual measurement of the waist of a child. The actual waist size of the tutu will measure about 1 to 1.5" smaller for a good fit so it won't slip off. For best results, measure your toddler's waist where you'd like the tutu to sit and provide the actual measurement to me during checkout.
