It's all the brulee without the creme - honeycomb candy! This old fashioned delight is naturally gluten free and vegan. This version is made with organic evaporated cane juice and has a wonderful caramel burnt sugar flavor. Despite it's name, there is no honey in this item, the billions of little holes give it the appearance of a honeycomb. It reminds me of a nicely toasted marshmallow. So light and crunchy, if you've never had it before now is the time to check it out! Full of fun bubbles and oh so crunchy, this truly reminds me of the nice top of a good creme brulee.
