We at miascloset believe in providing the highest quality items for your pets! We feel that having pets helps ease the daily stress of our busy lives. They are only with us for a short time so we place a high importance on spoiling them and keeping them healthy and most important HAVING FUN with them!

We ship quickly via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. Most orders will ship in 2-3 after a payment is made except during the holidays. Shipping may be delayed during busy times and I will always send you a message after a sale. We pride ourselves on quick shipping.

Please give us a couple of days longer for custom orders. We will contact you if there is a problem or delay in shipping.

My sizes are mine alone, ! create my own patterns and a size small may not be the same as a big box store. I ask that you measure your pet very carefully. If you aren't sure of the size, please contact me with measurements.

Due to the nature of the pet...we frown on returns. That is not to say that we don't do it after being notified by you within 2 days of receiving the item, and shipped and received by me within 14 days at the customer's expense, minus shipping cost. However, we do stress that you measure your pet before purchasing. We do hate the thought of you receiving an item that you love that doesn't fit.

Of course, all damaged items are refundable after shipping the item back to us. We will then take a look at the item to see if it is beyond repair.

Please understand, we know pets are very rough and may chew an item. It is up to the customer to supervise their own in the case of heavy chewers. We cannot be responsible for items ruined by your pet.
