Get a little pumpkin on your face! It's good for you :)

Aside from being delicious, pumpkin is a really great source of vitamins and nutrients. In fact, it has over 100 natural, beneficial nutrients that can help with signs of aging, including beta carotene anti-oxidants and cancer-fighting carotenoids like lutein.

Pumpkin Face is a facial mask made with pumpkin, clay, and honey. And it does wonderful things for your skin!

Mix a bit of Pumpkin Face mask powder (a teaspoon will work, a little goes a long way!) with distilled water, milk, or even yogurt, and apply all over your face, avoiding the eyes.
