WHAT YOU GET
1 Letter or A4 sized PDF file featuring two 5x7” card with trim marks.
After you have made your purchase, please provide the following details into "Note to Seller" section.
PAPER SIZE OPTION: US Letter or A4
COLOUR OPTION: Refer to image 4 or choose your own colours
A proof will be email to you within 48 hrs and a confirmation email will be required before sending you the final file. The first two proofs are free and there after, any additional proofs will accrue a $10 fee per revision.

With DIY printables, there is no shipping fee. All templates are sent via email. Please assure your Luulla email is updated and correct.

Once artwork is approved, please allow 2 weeks for production time and up to 10 working days for delivery of goods. Delivery time will vary depending on destination. All items are packed with care and shipped, using Sweden Posten postal service. For peace and mind, we highly recommend purchasing insurance and tracking proposes for an additional cost of $10. Please advise if you wish to and we shall amend your total to accommodate the extra cost. Please bear in mind, that without these extra services, we are not responsible to reimburse you for your lost or damaged goods. We shall email you to inform you when your parcel has been dispatched. We are not responsible for any damages due to improper handling while in transit. Please assure your postal address is updated and correct.
Once a purchase has been made, no refunds can be made as payment is for our time spent customising the design for you, unless work has not commenced. Please check your details carefully as Three Eggs Design is not responsible for any errors made by the client. We take pride in our work but for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please email us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

For our printables, we highly recommend you to print a sample test to make sure you are happy with the outcome before going ahead and printing the whole lot. Please note, our templates are designed for home printing only and password protected. Files will not work on offset or letterpress printing. Files will need to be reformatted and will incur a $25 service fee. Files are non-editable and password protected.
Every effort has been made to represent the true colors but it may vary from screen to screen and printer to printer.
All graphics and designs belong to Three Eggs Design. All templates is for personal use only and does not entitle the customer to reproduction rights.
Shop is open 7 days a week, however please note that artwork (including proofs) will not be sent out over the weekend. Therefore if you have made a purchased on Friday, artwork will be sent to you on the following Monday. This will not affect any email enquiries.
Printing & Card Stock
All our cards are printed using digital offset printing on Scandia 2000 white or Conqueror texture (depending on the design) with a thickness of 140lb (300gsm) Both papers are premium, quality uncoated stock that is FSC®-certified.
When placing a printed order, we advise you to consider ordering at least 10% - 15% more invitations then you need to cater for last minute additions. If you wish to place a reorder, there will be a $70.00 set up fee on top of the price for the additional order and shipping fee. Please note, that the reprints may not be exact colors as your initial order due to CMYK printing process.
We would love to work with you! Depending on the design, please allow 1 – 2 months for the completion of a custom design. Rush orders will accrue a fee. Contact us for further information.
Additional Artwork Fees
Inclusive of the price is two free rounds of changes, whether they are text or color changes. However, if there is too much text or it affects the exiting template greatly, then a fee will be applied. You shall be advised if so. But generally speaking, there will not be a fee for minor word alterations. If there are mistakes of our wrong doing, then there will be no additional fee or included as part of the two rounds of changes. Our turnaround time is 24 - 48hrs per revision (excluding weekends).
