I come from an artistic and musical background with a degree in Design (fashion and textiles) and I am now retired.

I am a lifetime collector of vintagejewellery,buttons,buckles,paper ephemera.I have also collected vintage lace, textiles, shoes and beaded purses and egg cups,and so much more. Over the years I have had many hobbies and I am an avid crafter and dressmaker,consequently I have a vast stock to dispose of.

I have been a keen photographer for over 25 years. Both my father and grandfather were strong guiding influences and taught me a love of photography,natural history and wildlife.It is from my father I acquired a love of butterflies and he taught me everything I know. A "butterfly" also describes my character somewhat as my fertile mind always has two or three projects on the go
