Please allow for up to 10 business days (M-F) for your order to be processed in *addition* to the shipping time.

Shipping times are generally 2-5 business days. Please let me know if you have a deadline!

Everything in my shop is made to order :)

I am happy to fix your pendants if anything happens to them within 60 days of delivery. If your pendant breaks, please ship it back to me. I will repair it and ship it back to you as soon as possible and free of charge.

If you decide that you do not want your item due to whatever reason, you may:

1. Reject the package before you open it and return it to sender unopened. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund* once I either receive the package or see that USPS has sent it on its way.

2. You may return the opened package to me up to 7 days after delivery. In this case, you will receive a full refund*, but will be responsible for paying the return shipping. The item must be in the same condition that it was sent in.

Custom Items are currently priced at $48 for standard book items or $52 for completely customized pieces (movie/song quotes, etc.)

They take between 2-3 weeks to complete.

All Domestic orders will be sent through USPS and will include a tracking number.

International buyers may be subject to customs fees when picking up their order! Please be aware of your country's policies.

If a package is returned to me by the post office or if a package is lost due to a wrong address, I ask that the sender pay for the new postage.

If I notice that your address looks wrong or off in some way, then usually I will contact you beforehand to ask if it needs correcting and to ask that you let me know by a certain date and time. If I hear a response from you, then I will send the package to the new address. If I do not hear a response from you, then I will send it to the address that I have on file. If this turns out to be a bad address, then I will ask that you pay for new shipping and for a restocking fee of $5.20.

PLEASE check to make sure that your address is correct!

CUSTOM ITEMS:

Refunds on custom items are generally not accepted and will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The more personalized, the less likely it will be refundable.

If you would like to reject or return your items within the allotted time frame, I would be happy to refund up to $5.00 of your shipping costs. If you paid less than $5.00, then you will get your full refund. If you paid over $5.00 for shipping, then the excess shipping cost over $5.00 will be forfeited to USPS.
