When purchasing more than one item, your shipping/handling fee will be determined using the highest initial s/h fee plus the subsequent "when shipped with another item" fee for the remaining items.
Other than personalized items, I generally ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding holidays and weekends). For personalized items, please see the item listing for production times. If you need a personalized item quickly, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
All items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail. Don't hesitate to ask for shipping insurance (for an addtional charge) if you want it. Otherwise, I cannot be held responsible for what the post office might do!
Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. I am required to declare the contents of any package I mail abroad. Thanks!
I stand behind my product 100%. If you're ever unhappy with your purchase from Della Creations after receiving it, please return within 5 days for a full refund (less s&h) in the same condition as you received it from me. If it's a situation that can be handled through a convo or email message, please contact me first so that we may work out an agreement that benefits both parties.

Please be clear and specific in your instructions. Double check the spelling of names and accuracy of dates. Be sure to provide all necessary details to avoid any delay in the creation of your personalized item. If I have any questions about your order, I will contact you. Please remember that my "production time" will not commence until I have answers to any questions I may have about your order.
Della Creations reserves the right to use photos of your personalized items in future sales campaigns, as well as on Luulla and Etsy listings as samples of my workmanship and available styles.
Payment is expected at the time of ordering. If payment has not been received within 48 hours of your purchase, your order will be cancelled and your account will be flagged by administration.
