The payment is requested in Swissfrancs (CHF)

Internationally only paypal is accepted. Paypal accepts credit cards.

It has to be paid within 7 days after your order.

In Switzerland you are able to pay through Postfinance. If paid via Postoffice there will be an additional CHF1.50.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

The Products are shipped within two business days of purchase.

Shipping will be through the post office, but custom shipping can be negotiable.

An email confirmation will be mailed to you when your order ships.

If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to priority or urgent, please send me a note.

Please keep in mind that international orders may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

If you want Tom's Grossmami to send your order directly to the gift receiver let me know, there won't be any additional costs to the shippingcost listed at post.ch. Just let me know the address where I have to send it.

Refunds will be given if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the items are returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they are at the time of purchase.

Due to differing monitor and computer colour settings, the colours you see might not exactly match the actual colours in the items in our shop, though we make every attempt to photograph in natural light.
