I have not received my order, it said it was shipped on May 26 2017. It has been three weeks already. Please update me with a status on shipment

Very disappointed. The lace is lovely and the workmanship good, the fit is dredadfull. I am less than 150cm in height and this dress, shown as being fitted at the waist was over 5cm short in the body. There is no cup allowance in the bodice. This dress is made to fit an child of about 9 years old in its length cuts even the skirt shown as tea length sits well above my knee and as I said I am very short.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I ordered this dress on Feb 2 in anticipation of my bachelorette party. The party has come and gone and I still have NO DRESS. The seller is TERRIBLE with communication...never answers emails and only provides "shipping" when a dispute case is opened....and the tracking is not valid. I want my money back .

Package not received yet. No response form seller. USPS does not recognize the tracking number provided. AT this point I am concerned this may be an issue of FRAUD.

I ordered this dress in the beginning of September, I need it for an upcoming dance that will be on the 26th and I still haven't gotten it.

The dress I ordered was nowhere near what the picture portayed it to be. The top was all gold sequins and does not hold anything up as it is very thin. The silver belt under the bust refelcts poorly against the gold and the bottom is a cream with sequins all over instead of fading out. I would not recommend this purchase as you will not get the dress you are expecting. Very disappointed.

El vestido ha venido en malas condiciones y muy arrugado y con una tela de una calidad pésima. Además de todo esto, no es el vestido que pedÃ, yo lo pedà negro y dorado y me ha llegado azul y blanco. con lo cual os pido un reembolso porque ya no estoy interesada en un vestido asi. agradeceria que me devolvieran el dinero lo antes posible, sino tomaré medidas.

I did not recieve what was pictured. i received a jacket - not the coat in the picture. I received a shipping notification and tracking number on Nov 29th. Then another on December 15th. I did receive a prompt reply and the promise my shipping would be ruturned - in the end they refunded $10 of the $17 I paid. I see that now that the holidays have passed shipping has been reduced to $7, so was it jacked up by $10 for the holidays? Despite the shipping issue I did receive my package in time for Christmas - too bad it was not the item pictured! They did offer for me to return my "dress" (the people you are dealing with obviously do not speak good English), but I had to pay the shipping. I dont trust that I will get all my money back so I will keep the unwanted JACKET.

I purchased this outfit on Oct 3rd. I have just been notified that it was only shipped today. Which is 8 business days after purchase. Then it's going to be another 12-15 days to receive. I bought it for an occasion on Oct. 18th. Now I am left up the creek without a paddle.

I asked for expedited shipping and still haven't gotten my purchase or can't even track it because it is telling me that tracking number doesn't exist. Horrible site.
