Luulla uses PayPal as it's payment processor. If you do not have a PayPal account this will not be an issue. Please use the form to manually enter your payment settings on the PayPal page. If you have any problems or questions send me a message.

If paying by e-check in PayPal your order will be sent after the payment has cleared (the amount of time this takes depends on the bank, but is usually 3-5 business days).

No personal checks or money orders are accepted.

All purchases will be shipped via PayPal (except international). Please make sure the address is accurate when completing checkout.

You should receive a delivery confirmation number via PayPal in your email where you can track the progress of your package (domestic packages only, international packages will have a customs form # that is trackable withing the USA only).

Domestic orders are shipped via First Class Mail via USPS. International orders are shipped First Class International via USPS. All items are securely wrapped and shipped in recycled materials. Sometimes this includes reusing bubble mailers, or my own makeshift packaging out of magazines. All items are securely padded to prevent any damage.

I absolutely want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you are in any way displeased, please contact me UPON RECEIPT of your item for a refund or exchange. I will only accept refunds/exchanges up to 10 days after item has arrived by the post office delivery confirmation. If you are returning an item for a refund, the buyer is responsible for return of the item & shipping costs. Original price and original shipping charges will be refunded only.

IMPORTANT: I will not refund any money for non-delivered packages sent to the wrong PayPal address. It is very important that your order's addresses are accurate before purchase.
