What is this store's return and exchange policy?

No Refunds or Exchange due to the nature of the edible item. Shop is not responsible for melted items due to shipping if ice packs are not purchased for shipping.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

At present time we only ship within the continental US and Puerto Rico

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). If you wish for Express ( Next Day) please message for more information.

What is the current turn around time?

Each item is made to order therefore I can only accept 2 orders a week. If you need an items for a special date please make sure that they can be made. Sometimes a rush fee will be incurred

Do you offer edible image?

Most of the items in shop can be made with edible image,YES!

If you wish for edible image please allow for 3 business days to be added to your request.

How long do I have to purchase my custom listing?

All custom listings MUST be paid within 24 hours.

Do you offer insurance for shipping items?

All La Fuffie's Boutique items are shipped USPS priority mail. Shipping upgrades and RUSH order requests are honored, when possible, for an additional fee.

Please note shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact me.

Please note: It is strongly advised to obtain insurance for your order, as La Fuffie's Boutique can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. If you want your package insured, please contact prior shipping.

Can I cancel an order once it has been paid?

If payment has already been made and customer must cancel for whatever reason no refunds will be given. I work on a made to order basis and had to reject another customer to get your order made on time. It would not be fair.

Are these products made around allergens?

I DO NOT SHARE EQUIPMENT! I use different color coded mixers, bows, cutting board, molds and brushed for regular, sugar free and allergy (peanuts etc.)

I do use a kitchen where nuts are used but not in the Same machines. Please let me know ahead of time if you have ANY allergies.

NO,NO,NO!

All of my products are made in a PET FREE and SMOKE FREE home.
