All orders are shipped within 1-3 days upon payment, unless it's a made upon order piece. Once your order is shipped, I will send you an update with the tracking information.

Orders are shipped via REGISTERED MAIL from SINGAPORE on Mondays &/or Fridays upon clearance of payment. Registered mail requires a signature upon delivery and offers tracking to most countries, including USA, Canada, UK and Australia.

Please note that all orders are shipped to the Luulla Address by default. So if you intend to deliver your order to another address, please leave me a note.

♻RECYCLED PACKAGING:

OpusMuse may use recycled packaging materials like bubble wrap, padded enveloped for shipping whenever they are available. But other than that, all other packaging is new.

I want happy returning customers. So, if you're not totally happy with your purchase, exchanges are acceptable, on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item/s. Items shall be returned back to me by Registered Mail in their original condition & packaging, unused. Shipping is non-refundable & buyer has to bear all additional shipping costs, unless discussed otherwise. With all issues, communication is key.

No Returns/Exchanges for earrings for hygiene reasons.

I do accept custom orders every now & then when time permits. You're most welcome to drop me a note first to have a chat.

Once the design is finalized, payment must be made in full before work proceeds. There will be no returns/exchanges due to the nature of the custom order.

All OpusMuse pieces are created in a smoke & pet free studio. All earrings sold are New & Unworn (those shown worn in my shop are my own).
