Rouelle offers buyers free first class shipping by USPS within the United States.
Standard first class international shipping is a flat rate of $7 [this service does not offer a tracking number and often takes 10 business days or so].

Orders may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of shipping date. You will be refunded for the purchase price less shipping. Sale products or products marked as final sale are not refundable. In the case that your recieve an item that is defective or broken please contact Rouelle Customer Service as soon as possible to let us know about the issue. Defective pieces may be returned to be replaced; Rouelle will cover applicable shipping costs.
