1) unsatisfied items/services:

Customer is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your items, service for any reason, please contact us. We'll do our best to solve the problem

2) returns and exchanges:

returns and exchanges are always welcome. Customers must contact us within 1 week after receiving items. Please provide your ETSY ID and order date when you are contacting us. Items must be returned in perfect condition at your expense.

Every item is made in Korea and will be shipped from Seoul, Korea.

We have following 3 different shipping options.

1) International regular air mail:

Delivery usually takes about 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Cost is $4 plus $0.5 for each additional item. Tracking # will not be given

2) International registered air mail (upon your request):

Delivery usually takes about 1-3 weeks depending on your location. Cost is $7 plus $0.5 for each additional item. Tracking # will be given.

3) EMS (upon your request):

Delivery usually takes about 3-7 business days. Cost is $20~30 up to 1kg weight depending on your location. Tracking # will be given. If you wish to choose EMS, please provide your mobile number with country code to us. EMS may not be available for some countries such as Italy, South Africa, etc. EMS is strongly recommended for over $100 orders. Recipient’s phone number required.

** Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries. STUFFIT will NOT be responsible for any applicable customs, import duties and taxes outside of South Korea.
