WHAT IS FEEDBACK?: Feedback is a tool to show that you were either pleased or if ***after contacting the seller*** to remedy an unfortunate situation, you are dismayed with the seller or final order and delivery process, in someway. It is also a way to praise the effort of sellers who go that extra mile to make a pleasant buying experience.


Feedback is also for sellers, to express gratitude for buyers in the same way. Some sellers do not leave feedback at all. I like to leave feedback for my buyers and make time to assure that I do. Sometimes I am not prompt with it, but I do, do it as soon as possible.


PLEASE know that feedback is NOT mandatory! FEEDBACK ratings are however, VERY IMPORTANT TO many SELLERS here on Luulla. I did not know these things about feedback when I first started as a buyer, so this is why I share it here for others like myself who wish they knew.

Shipping Policy

I ship solely to the United States and Canada at this time. I ship one to two days after your purchase transaction clears. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery before you contact me to track your order. Rates are as follows: U.S.A. orders unless otherwise noted ship for $2.40 for the first item and .20 each additional item(s) purchased. Canada orders ship for $3.00 with a discount for additional items. (SEE LISTING PAGES FOR SHIPPING FEES) At this time, unless other arrangements are made at time of purchase, I only ship first class via USPS.


All other places, contact me via convo for special arrangements IF possible.


Refund/Return Policy

I do accept returns provided you contact me within 7 days after delivery and upon return of shipping damaged or undamaged item(s) in the original containers. I am sorry but shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense. Please be so kind to advise me of anything you find unacceptable about my products so I can work to become a better artisan. If the reason doesn’t have any part I could improve upon and is personal, just inform me of that merely stating you request a refund for personal reasons. I try very hard to create and offer only satisfactory items.

Please be advised that all elements of nature may have “markings.” These are natural to the element and are not “flaws.” They should be thought of as features that give each piece a “one of a kind” unique personality. They are proof the item is genuine.


Item Measurements

My products are vintage and/or handmade or supplies. Due to this, all measurements are approximate and all descriptions as accurate as possible. Because my products are handmade, they may or may not be the standard measurements of industry made products of the same type. I have included my best appx. measures to help you decide if the sizes are right for your desires or needs. Some items shown may not be the actual item you will receive but are representative of a like item, in design components, design, shapes and colors as identical to the representative photo as possible.


Returns

I am sorry but shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is at your expense. CUSTOMS

Customs Costs: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.


SHIPPING

As a rule that I rarely have to break, I ship three to four times a week and often the next day after your order. On the occasions there will be a bit of a longer delay, I will message you to help you know approximately when to expect your package. When I mark an order as having been shipped, it means the order is packaged and sealed and ready for the post office, but not necessarily yet in the postal system. It means it will definitely be in the postal system within one to two days and on it's way to you. I prefer to ship to the addresses provided to me from PayPal, unless other arrangements are made. I ship U.S.P.S. First Class mail which at this time does not include tracking. I charge less than my shipping costs. I in no way profit from shipping fees.
