Domestic (US) orders are mailed via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please allow 1-2 days before we ship, and 2-3 days for your package to arrive once shipped. Please refer to the individual listing for domestic shipping fee information.

International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International. Please allow 1-2 days before we ship. Actual shipping time varies depending on your country. Some countries will hold packages for customs inspections, so please keep this in mind as well. Customers are responsible for any customs duties payable to their own countries.

All efforts are made to produce a flawless clutch purse for you. Should you unexpectedly discover a defect in the purse you receive from me, please do get in touch with me via convo as soon as possible, but not later than 7 days after receipt of your shipment, to describe the problem. Great customer service is extremely important to me and I will make every effort to make things right, should you not be satisfied with your purchase.

If a defect has been established, I will provide you either with a replacement clutch if the same fabric is still available, or issue you a full refund of your purchase price.
