I will not ship a creation until I have received payment, so the quicker you pay the quicker it's in your hands.

Everything is shipped from Italy and I specify on the listing description which kind of shipping I use for each item.

I usually prefer priority mail to reduce shipping costs, but I'm not responsible for postage damages or loss.

Please remember that shipping can take from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the postal service, so please be patient and plan your purchase in advance.

Shipping time:

- to Italy: 3-10 days

- to Europe: 1-2 weeks

- to America and Asia: 2-4 weeks

- to Australia and everywhere else: 3-4 weeks

I usually ship items within 2-3 days of receipt of payment.

But consider that in my village the post office works from monday to friday.
