I ship all my items in tissue paper so it gets to you in the condition it left in.If for any reason you are not happy with the item you have received, could you contact me within 7 days of receiving it to discuss how you would like to proceed.
If your item gets lost in the post I will endeavourer to find out where its disappeared to but if all is lost then I will offer you one of the following a refund sans shipping ,a replacement or credit note.All these options are at my discretion.
