We DON'T accept any return.

Unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, or you just don't like it.

Each dress is custom made, hand made, not wholesale,we need to pay for a lot fees about the handmade,please understand.

If you're afraid the size is not fit, please give us your custom size,we provide custom size for free.Plea MAKE SURE measure as the pictures we sent do.We will send you an email about the details of the dress within 24 hours after your payment, please check your email and reply ASAP.

Because each dress is hand-made, there will be at most a 5% difference between the product picture and the product you receive. if you request 100% same as the picture ,please don t make payment. I am sorry for it.

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because chromatic aberration, we will not accept.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:

1. If you ask for order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel it for you and give you full refund.

2. If you ask for order cancellation within 24-48 hours after payment. We only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee. Because your order is processing by factory 24 hours after your payment.

3. No refund 48 hours after the payment, we will not accept your order cancellation.

Delivery time: 2-3 weeks

The total time for receive your dress after placing the order is 2-3 weeks( including tailoring and shipping time)!

Rush order: 7-15 days.

Normal time:

Within 21 days (From May to Dec)

Around 28 days (From Jan to April),

For it's busy season together with spring festival holiday, so produce time will be long.

CPF/CUIL/NIF:

If you are from Brazil, please do remember tell the receiver's CPF number;

if you are from Argentina, please write us the receiver's CUIL;

if you are from Angola, please write us the receiver's NIF in the message box,
