If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date, please let us know.
We can only class an order as 'lost' after 28 days have passed since shipping, due to the policies of the Royal Mail and our courier. If the order still has not arrived after 28 days a claim must be made to the shipping provider.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Custom orders can not be returned.
