Unless you inform us that you would like to upgrade to express shipping, we will directly ship your package by flat rate. This is the cheapest. We also offer express shipping by DHL and EMS. Shipping by DHL takes 4 to 5 days to arrive and express shipping by EMS takes 8 to 10 days. This does not include the processing time. If you need your item on a particular date, we highly recommend to upgrade to express shipping. Shipping by DHL and EMS is not free. There is an additional cost depending on the weight and country of destination. If you would like to upgrade to express shipping you must inform us by sending a message.

Every package which is going to be shipped out of the country must under go customs clearance. It can last from 24 to 48 hours. After this, your package is released for international delivery.

♛ Tracking your packages:

Tracking numbers are provided with every purchase.Once your tracking number is released we will send it to you.So you can start tracking your package. This way you will know once the package reach your country and when you can expect it to arrive. Please be reminded that it is not our job to track your package. It is the buyer's responsibility.

If you wish to return an item or exchange it please note that the shipping fee for returning an item back to us is paid for by the buyer. If you decided to exchange an item to another , the buyer is the one responsible for shipping fees both ways.

The item to be returned or exchanged must not have any stains or rip. Please take a picture of the item being returned to us. Once you ship the package back kindly take two photos of the shipping receipt from the post office . Email it to us including the tracking number and tracking website. Your refund will then be issued within 24 hours.
