All items in my shop require immediate payment via Paypal after completing check out on Luulla. I don't like dealing with time wasters so non-payers will be reported and negative feedback will be left.

I use standard Royal Mail for shipping items but if you need insurance or registered delivery please let me know and I will get back to you with the correct prices.

International customers outside the EU can now buy Royal Mail's priority service called AIRSURE for and additional cost of £6.50 (on top of normal shipping charges) by emailing me and requesting this service before check-out.

Airsure will offer fast delivery (within 7 working days) and insure the content of the package as well.

I do believe that all my items in my shop are represented and described accurately, therefore I don't offer refunds on any of my items if you simply changed your mind about the purchase.
