Hi I'm Jessica - jewelry first became a big part of life when I studied jewelry design & manufacturing after I left high school. The course was thought to be more of a beginners introduction into the industry, & it was strongly recommended my lecturers that I pursue an apprenticeship working for a professional goldsmith to further my knowledge & capabilities at the jewelry bench.
I worked as an apprentice jeweler for a number of goldsmiths, & developed my skill over the course of 2 & a half years. I shortly realized after making a number of jewelry pieces & doing a number of custom orders also, that I had found my niche market online. Thula, a.k.a hellothula jewelry was born.
I strive to one day be in the position to create job opportunities for keen jewellers to work under me, until then I will keep doing what I'm doing - grateful everyday for the opportunity to work from my home, & for the flow of constant orders coming through (my constant encouragement & motivation)
♥ Thank-you for taking the time to read my handmade story,
