We love creating special things for special people and we are constantly creating new products.

Many of our products are more than just decorations. Having taught young children for over 20 years, many (but not all!) of our products will have an educational element to them.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive with you as perfect as they left us.

Shipping in the UK will take approximately 2-3 days. We deliver using First Class Royal Mail.

Shipping to the USA and the Rest of the World will take approximately 7-10 days.

Jiddum Designs is based in the UK so please be aware that international customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that apply to their country.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for the redelivery of items returned to us due the item not being picked up from the appropriate Postal Office.

We can also not offer refunds on our personalised items due to spelling errors so please ensure that the wording you wish to be personalised is correct before submitting your order.

Jiddum Designs can also not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to the weather.
