All payments are processed securely through PayPal, but you will not need to have or create a PayPal account to pay. You will be able to pay via PayPal account balance or checkout as guest by using a credit or debit card.
All US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2 - 3 business day delivery, with Tracking and Delivery Confirmation. Orders of $200 or more require Signature Confirmation upon delivery, so please be sure to be available for delivery.

During check out please be sure to confirm that the shipping address you are providing is correct.
If you pay via a PayPal account, the address assigned to your PayPal account MUST MATCH the address you have assigned to your Luulla account! Please be sure that the address you have assigned to your PayPal account is up to date, because your order will be shipped to that address. I cannot ship to an address other than the one you provide at checkout!
I am not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect or outdated addresses.
In addition to my processing/turn around time you MUST factor in additional shipping transit times. International shipments can be extremely unpredictable! They can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days from shipment date to delivery date.
• A tracking number WILL be assigned to your shipment.
However, international customers should be aware that once a shipment leaves the United States and arrives at the destination country, it MAY OR MAY NOT continue to be tracked via the United States Postal Service Tracking Number. As a result, I cannot be responsible in any way for international packages once they have been shipped!
• Refunds will NOT be issued for lost or damaged packages or delayed deliveries.
• I am NOT responsible for any customs fees/taxes/duties that you may incur.
• Please consider this information carefully prior to making a purchase, you are ordering at your own risk!
Due to the personalized nature of my stationery, no refunds, replacements or exchanges are accepted.
• I am not responsible for proofreading your proofs, refunds will not be issued for errors you may have approved.
• I do not accept returns or offer refunds based on color. Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
• All orders are shipped with delivery and signature confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for lost or damaged shipments.
• There is a Cancellation Fee of 50% (that is 50% of your order total) if you decide to cancel after your proofs have been created AND/OR after you have submitted final decisions on paper selection.
• Once you have submitted final proof approval, the production process will begin immediately and you may NOT cancel your order.
Processing time will vary and is affected by my current wait list at the time you place your order and how large your order is. Generally, turn-around times can range anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks FROM DATE OF FINAL PROOF APPROVAL to SHIP DATE.
Keep in mind, that this does not factor in customization time because the amount of time this takes will depend upon your response time and how quickly you provide the necessary details needed for customization and any subsequent edits.
Please ask me about my current turn-around time and estimated ship date for your specific order and I will let you know how soon you can expect your order to be completed.
International customers, please remember to factor in the lengthy transit time associated with your order. Order well in advance!
If you would like to place an order for a quantity larger than that listed, contact me with the specifics of what you’d like to order, including quantity and any add-ons. I will create a reserved listing for the full amount due for you to purchase.
Once you have completed your purchase and have provided the details necessary for customization, which I will discuss with you in detail, I will create your first set of digital proofs for your review.
Upon submitting final approval, your order will immediately be printed, assembled and shipped.
Your order includes 3 sets of digital proofs. Once you have placed an order and have provided the details necessary for customization, which I will review with you in detail, I will create your first set of digital proofs. You may request revisions, in regards to wording and color, 2 additional times.
Each additional set of proofs thereafter will incur a $20 charge. Any amount incurred due to additional proofs will be due upon final approval and before your order can be processed and shipped.
During the design process you will be provided with a color chart to choose from. If you have a specific color in mind that does not appear on the color chart, I can provide you with instructions on how to submit custom colors to me. However, there will be an extra $20 charge for custom color selection.
Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
Cardstock color also affects printed colors, keep this in mind when choosing cream or taupe colored cards.
Final print colors may also vary slightly over time due to regular press calibrations.
I do NOT accept returns or offer refunds based on color.
Once you have placed an order, I will be requesting that you provide final decisions on paper, envelope and pocketfold wrap/pocket card colors. Once you submit to me your final choices, they are FINAL. Please be sure of your choices before you submit them to me!
• I am not responsible for proofreading your wording. Please be sure to check your proofs carefully for any errors in spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Upon final approval, your stationery will be printed immediately and no further changes will be possible. I am not responsible for any errors or discrepancies on approved proofs.
• PLEASE, review your proofs carefully before submitting final approval. You will have to pay in full for re-dos!
• When you add Guest Address printing on Outer Mailing Envelopes to your order, you will be providing me with a final guest address list. Please be sure check your guest list for errors before submitting it.
I do NOT type addresses out myself! This means, that any errors in spelling, punctuation or address format that you have made on your guest list will be printed exactly that way.
