I am confident that you will respect the "Creative Insanity" and many hours that have gone into the creation of my products and patterns. As a reminder please note all The Motherlode Toad Factory patterns, and their concept are protected by copyright. It is acceptable to make items from these Patterns for personal use and gifts, and small amounts for boutique and Craft Fairs. It is unacceptable to mass-produce the finished product or resell the printed patterns.

I do not normally accept special orders. Feel free to Convo me with your request. I am generally working on the next season of items in multiples and have a hard time backing up to make just one of whatever!

I will try to ship items within two work days, excluding Holidays. Some l items will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.

I will ship internationally. Please contact me first before buying so I can quote you a postage rate to your location and change the listing accordingly.

Postage is never refundable.

My environment is smoke-free, but I do have a cat named Ming and a dog named Hank that wander in and out of my studio. Upon completion, my creations are boxed to keep them as clean as possible.
