Payment accepted by PayPal. You can pay via PayPal with any major credit card without needing to set up an account.

I ship internationally within 1-2 days.

UK customers: 1st class Recorded Delivery on all orders (tracked)

Customers outside the UK: orders with necklaces, earrings, bracelets and/or rings with a total value at or over $22 are sent by registered airmail (tracked). Orders with only non-jewellery items (eg. charms, keychains, pins) or with jewellery items that are under $22 are sent by standard airmail.

If your order contains only non-jewellery items or jewellery items under $22 and you prefer to have tracking, please convo me before checkout and I will quote the cost of the package to be sent via Airsure or International Signed For and adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 1-2 days in the UK for 1st class items; items to the EU average 3-7 working days and 5-12 working days to the US and everywhere else for standard Airmail items. Delivery speeds for overseas packages will depend on the individual country's postal service and any customs delay.

For overseas customers, please be aware that you will be responsible for any custom taxes and duties that may be incurred if the total value of your order (excluding shipping) exceeds your country's customs duty limit on personal goods items.

I take all cases of possible non-delivery very seriously so please let me know if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Your happiness with your order is extremely important to me and I want to know if there are any problems. Please let me know and I will do my very best to solve it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please convo me within 4 days of receipt (*PLEASE NOTE that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons). Generally dealt with on a case by case basis, I will be happy to provide full refund of the item price. Refund of the original postage and packaging cost will depend on the nature of the return. Items will need to be returned unused and with original packaging within 7 days of confirming cancellation. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of returns postage.

For custom orders, returns and refunds will apply differently and will be agreed separately.

Most of my items can be easily customized if I have the available supplies, so if you see something that you like but would prefer certain alterations, let me know and I'll be glad to see if I can make them for you. *PLEASE NOTE returns and refunds will be agreed separately for custom items.

Feel free to contact me if you want more than 1 of an item. As long as I have enough supplies and the item is not the last available or one-of-a-kind, I can make more for you.

Metal components of all my jewellery pieces are lead and nickel free.
