Due to keeping my item costs low, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because the cost for returning items will just not be worth it. However if there is a serious problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll do my best to resolve it for you.
If your item is faulty, I will offer a refund or exchange. In the case that I require the faulty item returning to me I will refund the cost for sending the item**. You may be required to send photographic evidence that the item is damaged.
If you require an exchange there will be no charge for sending out the replacement item.
If you are returning an item to the store, I suggest you use a secure service with a tracking number and/or insurance as I can't be held responsible for items that do not arrive.
