I do my best to ship within 24 hours of payment received. I ship in the United Sates utilizing First Class mail via the U.S. Postal Service. You can upgrade to a faster shipping method for the price of the actual postage. Please convo me or send a message if you would like this option.

If you wish to have an upgrade or insurance, please convo me. International shipping usually will not include insurance (the post office rules, not mine!).

I ship to your paypal address to prevent fraud. If you want your item shipped to another address, please let me know in the notes to seller section.

I want you to be happy with your handmade gift! If you receive your item and are unhappy with it, please convo me and we can work out a return or exchange. Returns can be made for up to 5 days after you receive your item.

Paypal is the easiest method for payment but if you would rather pre-pay by check or use a credit card, please convo me and I will be in touch for payment. I expect to receive PayPal payments within 3 days of purchase prior to canceling a sale -- if I do not hear from you.

Whatever country you live in, you are responsible for any VAT or customs tax you may encounter.
