If you are not completely delighted with your order for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve your issues.
Please understand that if your delivery confirmation states that your package was delivered, unfortunately we will NOT replace your undelivered package. We can only go by the DC that it was delivered.
LOST PACKAGES: If Delivery confirmations states that your packages was NOT delivered after a very long period of time (such as weeks to a month) after it was shipped. We will replace your order.
