By completing an order with Pegasus Soaps, you agree to all of the below terms and conditions. We are NOT responsible for mishandling or misuse of our products. By reading these policies you agree to the below terms and conditions


Payment:


International Customers:


We only accept Paypal orders for International orders No Exceptions. We are not responsible for customs and should be considered when placing an order with us. You need to check your country's custom procedures prior to purchasing.


US Customers and International customers:


We will not process orders til we receive payments. I accept credit cards, debit cards and or cash payment through PayPal accounts.


No Personal Checks sorry. Only Echecks via PayPal


Credit card payments


Paypal process our credit card payments and no personal information is NOT seen by us. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use a credit card.


Shipping

Once an order is placed it will be shipped within 48 hours (up to 3 days during the holiday season). We ship Monday-Saturday via USPS First Class and Priority Mail from VA, which takes approximately 2-4 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday and do not include Saturday and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery confirmation is included in the shipping price.


We ship to the US including Alaska, PR and Hawaii and Canada. Other international countries are on a case by case base depending on shipping cost.


We are not responsible for international custom fees. This is the responsibility of the customer(you) to handle any custom fees for your country.


Refund and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of the products sold at Pegasus Soaps, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order, please email us with any product questions. If you are not completely delighted with your order for any reason, please email us at pegasussoaps@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve your issues.


Please understand that if your delivery confirmation states that your package was delivered, unfortunately we will NOT replace your undelivered package. We can only go by the DC that it was delivered.


LOST PACKAGES: If Delivery confirmations states that your packages was NOT delivered after a very long period of time (such as weeks to a month) after it was shipped. We will replace your order.


We will replace your package if......


Broken or Loose tops and jars (If it was our mistake)


Leaking product


Wrong Order (As we sometimes make mistakes as we are human)


Lost package (only if Delivery confirmation states it was NOT delivered)

Pegasus Soaps respects and maintains the privacy our customers. We are committed to providing a secure environment for all transactions and DO NOT sell or share your personal information to outside parties.


Canceled/Changed orders


Online ordering processes are automated, so we are unable to make changes to an order once it is finalized. If you need to add additional items, you will need to place another order. If you cancel your order before it's packed, a full refund will be given. Canceled orders that have already been boxed up for shipment will not be available for refund. Only BEFORE the item is boxed and ready to ship

Although allergic reactions to natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend you discontinue use if irritation does develop and contact your physician. Some of our products contain ingredients that derived from nuts such as Shea butter. We try our best to list all active ingredients in our products so you are aware of any ingredients you may be sensitive to.

We don't like negative feedback and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first before leaving any negative feedback.
