Welcome to Printing Pretty!

My name is Ruth, I am a textile designer and artist, living in Nairn, Scottish Highlands, UK.

The style of my work is fun, unique and colourful. All my products are lovingly made and excellent quality.

I love working with fabric, especially printed and dyed peices. I'm always experimenting with different mediums and enjoy working with colour and creating peices bursting with positive energy. I have a passion for upcycling, and love making new from old. Many of my products are made from disgarded textile and wallpaper sample books.

My story begins from 2003, where I started studying Fine Art Walsall College. From here, realising my passion for textiles I enrolled at Winchester School of Art, studying Textile Design. Since then I have been creating and selling handmade textiles.

Request for custom items are welcome, I can reproduce any of the products in my shop, adjusting size, colour or mediums. If you require larger orders of fabric I offer a good discount.
