Your order will be processed upon PayPal approval. It takes 1-3 business days to be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office.

The shipping cost is for priority, uninsured and unregistered international mail [without tracking number]. Please contact me if you prefer a shipment with tracking number. This extra costs are for the buyer.

I will ship your order to your Pay-Pal address, unless otherwise stated. All jewelry will come with a beautiful organza jewelry bags and will be sent in a padded envelope. Purses and pouches will also be sent in a padded or bubble envelope .

After shipping out of The Netherlands, it takes 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes longer based on customs process in your country, until you should receive your order. Please note that I am not responsible for any fees, regulations, duties and taxes in your country.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 3 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund shipping costs
