THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT TELL YOU THAT IT IS SOLD OUT UNTIL YOU ASK AND THEY WAIT FOR YOU TO ASK FOR A REFUND. I ordered the bag for my wife on the 14th and was given no tracking information or even an ETA so on the 23rd I finally messaged the seller asking about it. this was their response on the 28th "Dear Joshua Lewis, We are sorry reply you so late. The backpack which you ordered has been sold out.But there is a similar kind backpack we don't know if you like it. If you only like this one, we can refund you when get your answer. Thanks ! Best Regards, Ryan" A seller should not wait for the customer to ask about it before sending a refund. if you know the item is not in stock, don't take the money. If it was a mistake, the seller should immediately contact the customer to explain and send a refund. Don't wait for the customer to ask about it before sending the refund. This is theft.

This dress was ordered on June 10, 2017. I didn't receive any feedback from the seller ion the status of the order until I sent a message. The dress was not shipped until June 28, 2017 and did not get a tracking number until I emailed the seller. It is now July 14 and still have not received this dress. I am extremely disappointed and would never recommend this site to anyone.

Have not received my order from February 10, 2015. Tracking number does not work. No response from seller OR Luulla. Seeking legal action for refund.

Worst purchase ever. Did not get shipping information, after some days I asked to cancel the purchase, because I didn't trust it anymore. They did not cancel it, I contacted Luulla, they tried to meditate, but the seller did not react at all. I had to open a dispute at Paypal, they still did not react, only here at Luulla( said I had to cancel the purchase myself, which is not possible), I had to escalate it to a claim at Paypal. They did not react. They putted the invoice at Luulla on refunded and said I just had to be patience for some days,but I did not get my money back. So, no coat, no money back. So there is running a Paypal claim now against them/ her/ him. But they still don't react and don't take any responsibility. So don't ever order here!
