I accept payment from paypal and credit cards. On receipt of payment order will be shipped within two to three working days, excluding weekends and bank holiday. Made to measure order will take longer.

* On receipt of your item please inform me within 7 days UK, 28 days Rest of The World if item is damage during transit so that we can come to some arrangement to have it return for repair or exchange. Earrings are non returnable unless damage in transit.

* If item has been damage due to misuse there will be no refund or repair. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item please return it unworn and in original packaging for a refund within 7 days UK and International 28 days.

* Please note all returns buyers are responsible for postage except for items thats damage in transit.

Item will be sent with Royal Mail first class delivery. If you wish for item to be insure there will be extra charge please let me know. Please note that buyers are responsible for all taxes and custom charges that maybe occur.

Its handmade so be gentle with it.

Most of my jewellery are made from genuine gemstone, lamp work glass, crystal.For different style and technique i incorporate wood beads, metal beads, colour.and silver plated craft wires. Findings are sterling silver, gold and silver plated and copper plated wire.

If you see something you like and want it in a different colour, size, or metal please get in touch and i will try my best to help.
